This Privacy Policy describes how Parslee, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Parslee," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information through our website at parslee.ai (the "Site"), our Parslee.AI agent products and services (the "Services"), and our email communications.
1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
When you submit an indication of interest through our webform, use the Services, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect personal information directly from you, this may include:
Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, job title with other information about your company such as company name, industry, and size. We use this information to provide the Site and Services, conduct customer service, and market or advertise to you.
User generated content including any personal information you may choose to submit to the Site or Services by uploading content or typing in free text fields like in webforms or when providing inputs to Parslee.AI agent chats. We use this information to provide and improve the Site and Services.

As described in our Terms, we will exclude any identifiable data from Parslee.AI agent inputs and outputs before using to develop, improve, or train the Services. You are prohibited from entering any Sensitive Data into or using the Site and Services for any High Risk Activities as defined in the Terms.
Notice on feedback:
Please note that if you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input about our Site or Services whether through our Site, Services, email, or other communications ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. We may use Feedback to improve our products and services or for any other business purpose.
Audio information including any personal information you may choose to submit during meetings or calls facilitated by our Services. We use this information to provide and improve the Services.
Commercial history about your purchases with us. We use this information for customer service, security, fraud prevention, and to fulfill our legal obligations.
Payment information including your name, address, phone number, and debit or credit card information when you buy our Services. We do not collect or store this information but may see name/address/phone number as part of reviewing our service provider's records.
We also automatically collect analytics information when you visit our Site, use the Services, or interact with our emails through cookies and similar tracking technologies, which may collect information about your browser, device, geolocation, and interactions. We collect this information for the purposes of account creation and management, provision and improvement of our Site and Services, customer service, and website security and maintenance.

Notice to Nevada residents: We do not sell personal information as defined by NRS 603A.
3. Your Choices
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@parslee.ai. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you transactional or administrative communications required for the use of the Services.
You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our Site.
Notice to California residents: Under California Civil Code section 1798.83 the California "Shine the Light" law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties. 4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Notice

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals or similar global opt-out mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

Our Site and services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with their personal information in violation of applicable law, we will remove this data.
